Having a child with special educational needs gives you a new perspective on life and causes you to re-evaluate your priorities.
In 2000, I decided to resign from my employment and take responsibility for the education of my son, who had been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, in addition to several other co-morbid diagnoses.
This journey led me to appeal and win three separate education appeals; and culminated in me securing funding for my son to receive an 'education otherwise than at school' package.
" I provide a highly professional, personalised service, at an affordable price and have a 98% success rate. Your child is as important as my own children and I pride myself in securing the right outcomes for my clients "

I now offer a UK wide Education Law service to individuals and organisations and am well known and respected in the field of Special Education Law. I regularly advocate for clients and oppose solicitors and barristers instructed by local authorities. I cover all areas of education law and can assist you whatever the education issue.
I have been a specialist guest lecturer on the Master's of Education courses at the University of Newport where I have lectured on Special Education and Disability Discrimination Law and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
I have also provided specialist Autism Consultancy services to individuals, schools, the care sector and local authorities throughout the UK, including providing a range of specialist training courses and bespoke intervention programmes to parents, teachers and other professionals.
